- Responsible to drive sales performance of e-commerce platform through technology, effective Campaign management for milk category as well as value added dairy categories.
-Management and optimization of the brand s website, third-party e-commerce platforms.- Ensure consistent product availability, accurate listings, and compelling content across platforms.- Collaborate with tech teams to ensure the e-com platforms are user-friendly, secure & efficient.- Monitor, analyze e-commerce performance metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, and sales.
