The ideal applicant will be very skilled in interpreting blueprints, have a solid technical understanding of CNC machining, and be dedicated to safety and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Install and modify work holding devices, tools, and attachments to prepare CNC machines for production runs. In the machine controller, load and validate CNC programs. Find complicated machine malfunctions and notify the appropriate staff about them. Keep quality logs and record inspection results. Accurately fill up production and quality logs. Respect all business policies, rules, and health and safety protocols, including lockout/tagout. What you Need: Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills for machine setting and operational issues. Ability to work independently and make quick, accurate decisions.
