Business Development Officer

Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the travel and tourism sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, corporates, educational institutions, and other potential partners.
Promote and expand inbound/outbound tour packages, visa services, and tailor-made travel solutions.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
Represent the company at travel fairs, tourism expos, networking events, and client meetings.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
Monitor and report on business performance metrics and progress against targets.
Contribute to the development of strategic plans to achieve long-term business growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in business development, preferably in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on revenue and growth.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting dashboards.
Willingness to travel locally and internationally, as needed.
