Roles and Responsibilities:- Manage inbound customer inquiries related to internet services, technical support, and billing concerns.- Conduct outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to promote services, troubleshoot issues, and enhance customer retention.- Deliver a professional and customer-centric experience, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.- Identify and recommend relevant service upgrades based on customer needs.- Accurately document interactions and resolutions within the CRM system.- Handle escalations professionally and efficiently, ensuring prompt resolution.- Maintain key performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.Skills & Qualifications:- Exceptional communication skills - articulate, confident, and professional.- Prior experience in international BPO/customer service (preferred); freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.- Strong ability to multi-task and manage multiple customer interactions effectively.- Proficiency in problem-solving and a keen ability to handle escalations with diplomacy.- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, processes, and industry requirements.- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive and customer-oriented approach.Office Location: Karapakkam, OMR, Chennai (ref:updazz.com)
