Job Description

The Customer Care Executive is the primary point of contact for customers, responsible for providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across various communication channels. This role requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to represent the company 's brand values in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:&

Customer Interaction & Support:& &

Handle incoming customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.& &

Provide accurate and complete information about products, services, policies, and procedures.& &

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.& &

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams (e.g., technical support, sales, product development) and follow up to ensure timely resolution.& &

Guide customers step-by-step through processes or product usage.&

Problem Solving & Conflict Resolution:& &

Actively listen to customer concerns, empathize with their situations, and provide solutions that meet their needs.& &

De-escalate challenging conversations and maintain a calm and professional demeanor even with upset customers.& &

Identify root causes of recurring issues and contribute to solutions that prevent future problems.&

Data Management & Reporting:& &

Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.& &

Document all relevant information to ensure comprehensive customer history.& &

Gather customer feedback and provide insights to management and relevant departments for continuous improvement of products, services, and processes.&

Product/Service Knowledge:& &

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company 's products, services, and policies to effectively address customer inquiries and provide informed guidance.& &

Stay updated on new product launches, service updates, and company promotions.&

Relationship Building:& &

Build rapport and foster positive, long-term relationships with customers.
