Job Description
We are expanding our footprint in the Indian subcontinent and looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our Delhi operations.

Job Overview: The Sales and Marketing Manager is a key leadership role responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company 's sales and marketing strategies. This role aims to increase brand awareness, drive sales growth, and ensure the company 's offerings effectively reach target markets. The Sales and Marketing Manager coordinates both departments to ensure alignment and synergy between customer acquisition, retention strategies, and overall company objectives. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Planning and Implementation:
    • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives for products, services, revenue, and market share.
    • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
    • Work closely with the senior leadership team to align marketing and sales efforts with the company s broader business strategy.
  2. Sales Management:
    • Lead the sales team in setting goals, establishing priorities, and driving performance.
    • Oversee the daily activities of the sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Develop sales forecasting models and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of sales efforts.
    • Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts.
    • Establish pricing strategies and discount guidelines in collaboration with finance and executive teams.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
  3. Marketing Oversight:
    • Direct all marketing activities, including digital marketing, advertising, public relations, content creation, and event planning.
    • Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including web, social media, email, and traditional media.
    • Lead market research efforts to better understand customer needs, competitor activity, and industry trends.
    • Oversee branding efforts to maintain consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials.
    • Evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies based on ROI and key performance indicators.
  4. Team Leadership and Development:
    • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team.
    • Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities to team members.
    • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement and goal alignment.
    • Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
  5. Budget Management:
    • Develop and manage the sales and marketing budgets.
    • Ensure efficient allocation of resources and monitor expenses to stay within budget.
    • Evaluate the return on investment for marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
  6. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare regular reports on sales volume, marketing performance, customer engagement, and team achievements.
    • Use CRM and marketing automation tools to analyze customer data and campaign effectiveness.
    • Make data-driven decisions to enhance strategy and operations.
