Customer Relationship Manager

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and speed
• Coordinate with internal teams (kitchen, delivery, front-end) to ensure smooth service
• Monitor customer satisfaction and loyalty metrics
• Manage CRM tools to track interactions and engagement
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve service quality
• Create and execute customer engagement campaigns (offers, events, loyalty programs)
  

• 2 years of experience in customer relationship/client servicing roles
• Prior experience in hospitality or F&B is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask
• Strong problem-solving mind
