Job Summary:- Relationship Manager has to work profile focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients or customers to ensure their satisfaction and drive business growth.- This role involves collaborating with internal teams and staying updated on industry trends to ensure clients receive the best possible solutions.
-Channel: Agency and Direct- Job Role: On-Roll Roles and Responsibilities: - Relationship managers develop and nurture relationships with clients, acting as a point of contact and ensuring positive interactions.- Need to actively listen to clients, understand their requirements, and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
-Required to address client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
-Also need to work with sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure client satisfaction and align efforts towards shared goals. Eligibility Criteria: - Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any field FOR Agency channel and incase of Direct channel 1 year of sales in any field 6 months experience in BFSI sector.
-Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation (Any stream) - Required all semester marksheets.
