This role requires expertise in OEM sales, customer relationship management, and a deep understanding of the steel industry.Qualification: - Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.Notice Period: Immediate or less than 30 days will be Preferred.Job Key Responsibilities : Business Development & Sales Growth :- Identify potential clients in industries requiring mild steel, flat products, HR coils, and CR coils.-- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and expand market presence.- Proactively generate new business leads and follow up on inquiries.- Maintain and grow relationships with OEM clients and key industrial customers.Client Engagement & Relationship Management :- Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their steel product requirements.
-Build strong relationships with procurement heads, supply chain managers, and decision-makers.- Provide clients with technical product guidance and tailored solutions. Sales & Negotiation :- Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and quotations.
-Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to close deals successfully.- Maintain strong communication throughout the sales cycle to ensure customer satisfaction.Market Research & Competitive Analysis :- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and pricing dynamics.- Gather market intelligence and provide insights to improve sales strategies.- Identify emerging opportunities in the steel sector and suggest new business avenues.Reporting & Sales Target Achievement :- Work towards and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups.- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
