Job Description

& Selected intern 's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Research and trend analysis: Conduct in-depth research on current design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies, stay abreast of design innovations, and translate findings into actionable insights
2. Creative ideation: Collaborate with the communications team to brainstorm and generate creative ideas, and propose fresh and innovative design concepts for various projects
3. Storytelling: Develop a keen understanding of storytelling through design, and infuse narratives into design projects to create engaging and compelling visuals
4. Design software proficiency: Utilize basic knowledge of design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software
5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and content creators, and participate in design critiques and contribute constructively to team discussions
6. Project support: Assist in the execution of design projects from concept to completion, and contribute to the development of visual assets for marketing materials, social media, and other platforms
7. Adaptability: Adapt to changing project requirements and timelines, and demonstrate flexibility in tackling various design challenges

Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design concepts effectively 6. Enthusiasm for staying updated on industry trends and incorporating them into design work
