7. Showing Tours of In-house guests explaining the benefits and coordinating their experience for maximum conversion
8. Creating effective proposals to be shared with clients covering all
9. needs, requirements, and effective pricing after getting approvals from senior management
10. Effective follow-ups and meetings to close projects/deals.
11. Using effective communication and negotiation skills to close in clients & generate revenue
12. Maintaining healthy relationships with clients for repeat orders, coordinating their needs, and requirements to concerned teams for resolutions and delivery of product/services
