Required Field Executive - Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities:

1. Field Visits and Task Execution:

• Travel to assigned locations to perform tasks such as customer visits, deliveries, site verification, documentation, installations, or inspections.
• Ensure completion of field assignments as per schedule and company standards.
• Collect, verify, and submit accurate information from clients or field locations.
• Maintain records of daily field activities and submit timely reports.

2. Customer Interaction and Service:

• Meet clients or customers to collect feedback, conduct surveys, or deliver services.
• Address customer queries or issues on-site and escalate to the appropriate team if needed.
• Represent the organization professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.

3. Documentation and Reporting:

• Collect required documents such as KYC, application forms, bills, or delivery receipts from customers.
• Verify customer identification and complete forms or digital records as per company policy.
• Submit daily activity logs, reports, and other paperwork to the supervisor or central office.

4. Product/Service Delivery (if applicable):

• Handle delivery or installation of products, including demonstrating basic usage to customers.
• Obtain customer signatures and confirmations for deliveries or services rendered.
• Ensure secure and undamaged handling of goods and materials.

5. Coordination with Office Teams:

• Communicate regularly with back-office or supervisor to receive task assignments and updates.
• Provide real-time feedback and field information to support operational decisions.
• Work collaboratively with sales, support, or logistics departments as required.

6. Compliance and Safety:

• Follow safety protocols while traveling or working in the field.
• Ensure that all tasks are performed in accordance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Handle confidential information responsibly and protect customer privacy.
