Job Summary:

A Sales and Application Engineer acts as a crucial link between the engineering team and customers, combining technical expertise with sales skills to promote, support, and sell products or solutions. This role involves understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable technical solutions, demonstrating product functionality, preparing proposals, and providing post-sales support. The Sales and Application Engineer is responsible for both business development and customer satisfaction, ensuring that the solutions offered meet technical specifications and client expectations. This position is ideal for professionals with a strong engineering background and an aptitude for customer engagement and technical consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive B2B sales and expand customer base.
Provide technical support on cutting tools and machining processes.
Conduct product demos and optimize client operations.
Analyze market trends and refine sales strategies.
Maintain reports on customer interactions and sales performance.

Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Expertise in cutting tools, CNC machining, and materials.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and MS Office.
Willingness to travel for client meetings.
