Job Summary:We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented Sales Head - Insurance to lead our sales function across channels and regions. The ideal candidate will have deep domain knowledge of the insurance industry, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of scaling high-performing sales teams.Roles and Responsibilities:- Lead the entire insurance sales division, including direct, agency, and digital channels.- Design and execute short-term and long-term sales strategies to drive revenue growth.- Manage, coach, and scale a large sales team across multiple geographies.- Build a channel partner and agent network; drive onboarding, engagement, and performance.Work closely with underwriting, operations, and product teams to deliver best-in-class solutions.- Analyze sales trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.Eligibility Criteria: - Minimum 1 year of sales and marketing experience - Graduation Completion - Required all semester marksheets.
