This role involves managing agency staff, strategizing to meet sales targets, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will work closely with internal teams to optimize performance and drive business growth.Key Roles and Responsibilities:- Lead, train, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the agency s client base.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.- Analyze performance metrics and implement corrective actions to improve team performance and achieve business objectives.Eligibility Criteria: - Minimum 1 year of experience in sales for agency channel and for direct channel minimum 1 year of experience in sales 6 months of experience in BFSI sector.
-Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
-Required all semester marksheets.
-Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person) - Preferred local candidate.
