This role involves developing strategic sales plans, building and nurturing client relationships, and leading a team to achieve revenue targets.Key Roles and Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals to maximize performance and achieve sales goals.- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.- Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business expansion.- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior management.- Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies, mitigating potential risks.Eligibility Criteria: - Minimum 2 years of experience in sales 2 years of experience in BFSI Sector.- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.

-Required all previously employed company experience certificate - Preferred local candidate.
