Bitco Pest Management - Sales Coordinator (1-3 Yrs) Ahmedabad (Sales Management)

KRA :1.Lead & Inquiry Management :- Respond to new service inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, website, referrals) Assign leads to the appropriate sales or field team Ensure timely follow-up on all open leads2.Service Scheduling & Coordination- Coordinate between customers and technicians for service visits Confirm appointments and ensure technicians reach on time Track reschedules or cancellations and update records accordingly3.Customer Relationship Management- Handle customer queries about services, AMC plans, and follow-ups Send reminders for due/renewal services- Collect and record customer feedback post service3.Sales Support & Documentation- Help the sales team with quotations, proposals, and service agreements Maintain records of closed deals, AMC details, and payments Share daily/weekly/monthly sales and service reports5. Coordination with Accounts & Operations- Follow up for payments (advance, due, or balance) Coordinate with the accounts team for invoice generation- Ensure smooth flow from booking to service to billing6. Performance Tracking & Reporting- Maintain Excel/CRM entries for leads, service status, and customer data Track targets vs. performance of the sales - team Highlight pending services, payments, and follow-ups.
