A leading PCB Manufacturing Company in Ahmedabad is hiring a Sales Manager for one of its clients in Bangalore in PCB industry, please find below the details,Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled and experienced PCB Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in sales and a deep understanding of the PCB industry.
-As a PCB Sales Manager/ Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing sales.KRA:- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve targets and grow revenue.- Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing the sale.- Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis.- Work with the technical team to ensure that client requirements are met.- Provide excellent customer service to clients.- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and competitor activity.- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.Qualifications:- Bachelor s/PG degree in a related field such as engineering, electronics, or business.- At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the PCB industry.- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Knowledge of PCB design, fabrication, and assembly processes.- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
