Job Description
Area Sales Manager - Kitchen Appliances - To take charge of growth in the Kitchen Appliances segment. This role involves strategically managing and optimizing distribution channels to enhance market reach, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for market expansion, and providing visionary leadership to a dedicated and high-performing team.Key Responsibilities:- Driving sales through distributors and direct dealers across designated geographies.
-Expanding business by identifying market opportunities and launching new products.
-Ensuring distribution coverage across critical towns, filling gaps in the network by onboarding distributors and dealers.
-Managing and mentoring a team to implement action plans, enhancing zone-wise performance.
-Optimizing inventory and stock planning in collaboration with supply chain managers.Qualification And Experience:1. MBA with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the Kitchen industry.2. Proven track record in driving sales and managing distribution channels.3. Strong leadership and team management skills.4.
