Key Responsibilities:- Generate Business leads through various online platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, freelancer, fiverr etc.- Analyze requirements, data, trends, technologies, and performance metrics to initiate discussion & documentation.- Creating detailed documentation, SRS, FRD, Feature Listings, BRD, HRD, WBS & proposals, including business requirements, process flows, and use cases.- Support the design and implementation of solutions by coordinating with teams such as IT, operations, and product development.- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to provide actionable insights.- Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.- Test, validate, and ensure quality assurance for proposed solutions or implemented changes.- Participate in cross-functional meetings to contribute to project planning and execution.
