Job Description
The manpower placement industry needs a combination of strong interpersonal skills, sales acumen, industry knowledge, and strategic thinking to effectively manage and grow relationships with key clients while driving revenue growth for the company.&

Responsibilities:&
& 1. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients in the industry.&
& 2. Identify opportunities for revenue growth within existing key accounts by offering additional services or expanding service coverage.&
& 3. Develop and execute strategic account plans for each key account, outlining objectives, tactics, and timelines.&
& 4. Act as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.&
& 5. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling of services or products.&
& 6. Negotiate contracts and service agreements with key clients, ensuring that terms are favourable for both parties.&
& 7. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities.&
& 8. Use market insights to develop strategies that give the company a competitive edge.&
& 9. Monitor key account performance against established KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and targets. Take corrective actions when necessary to ensure client satisfaction and contract compliance.&
& 10. Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams to resolve any issues or disputes quickly and effectively.&
& 11. Ensure that all services and activities related to key accounts comply with relevant industry regulations and safety standards.&
& 12. Gather feedback from key clients to continuously improve services and address any concerns promptly.&
& 13. Managing monthly billing volume.&
& 14. Collecting and analyzing sales data and trends.&
& 15. Maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings, according to company standards. 16. Liaising with sales and marketing departments to set and implement strategies for new products.&
& 17. Stay up to date with internal and external developments and suggest new ways to increase sales.&
& 18. Establishing productive, professional relationships with premier customer accounts; coordinating the involvement of company personnel, including support, service and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers expectations.
