Required Telecaller - Mumbai

Responsibilities: & & & & & & & & Make outbound calls to potential customers. & & & & & & & & Handle incoming calls and provide information about products/services. & & & & & & & & Generate leads and follow up on inquiries. & & & & & & & & Maintain a record of calls and customer interactions. & & & & & & & & Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets. & & & & & & & & To be responsible for making outbound calls on a daily basis using data provided. & & & & & & & & To work closely with the Sales Manager and Sales team to ensure leads are generated within the& business sectors. & & & & & & & & Handling Customers & their complaints & & & & & & & & Feedback callings & & & & & & & & Managing and scheduling appointments for procedures & & & & & & & & To convert the calls to new business leads. & & & & & & & & To achieve agreed personal and departmental targets captured from calling data provided.

• Engage with potential customers via phone to provide information about our car dealership services.
• Follow up on leads and maintain client communication to drive sales.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or marketing is a plus.
• Proven experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred.
