(Mon to Sun) (Tuesday Holiday)About the Company: Urban rise (www.urbanrise.in)Desired /Key Skills:- 6 years experience in Sales.- Min 2 years of hands-on direct sales experience in a Branded or Premium/Luxury Residence Projects- Experience of selling luxury properties of INR.2 Cr and above- Must have been with a real estate organization which has a large volume of product.- Candidates must be A HANDS ON LEADER who is HIGHLY ANALYTICAL AND DETAIL ORIENTED - Frequent Travelling RequiredRoles & Responsibilities:- Develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals by mentoring and motivating the sales team- Devising new and innovative selling and promotional techniques / schemes- Responsible for Team Targets- Able to achieve month on month sales targets- Aggressively driving Sales, Lead generation, BTL Activities, Forecasting and Sales & Customer Service Management- Developing, Enhancing, implementing of comprehensive Sales strategies & other promotional activities for various projects to create new markets, achieve targeted sales.- Competitor Trend Monitoring and Competitor Benchmarking in order to effectively balance competing priorities to full fill all customer expectations i.e., keeping abreast with competitor residential property offerings, pricing, location, quality, etc.- Educating the client with the market trends, keeping them aware with the rental returns and the price appreciation they may get after investing in our properties.- Adaptive to work on weekend / rapidly changing circumstances- Good people management skills- Strong communication, problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills- Able to train /mentor /coach and make his team perform .NOTE - Seeking Candidates with Real Estate Industry Experience (ref:updazz.com)
