Job Description
Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Generation & Cold Calling:2. Event Registration & Promotion:3. Pipeline & CRM reporting & Hygiene consistency:Qualifications:- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in outbound lead generation, cold calling, and/or sales development, preferably with a focus on the US market.- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare, or SaaS is an advantage.- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.- Sales Acumen: Strong ability to uncover customer needs, articulate company s value proposition, and create meaningful engagement.- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools.- Self-motivated & Goal-oriented: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets with a proactive approach to identifying new leads.
