Required Marketing Executive - Hyderabad

Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Marketing Executive to join our dynamic advertising and business promotion agency. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning and executing marketing strategies that promote client brands, increase visibility, generate leads, and grow the agency s own customer base. As a marketing executive, you will be involved in both online and offline campaigns , working with design, content, and sales teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions. The role involves client interaction , market research, and campaign execution across industries such as retail, real estate, education, health, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing & Brand Promotion

• Assist in developing and implementing promotional strategies for client campaigns
• Manage branding and advertising efforts for both the agency and clients
• Participate in planning ATL, BTL, and TTL campaigns (e.g., hoardings, print, digital, event marketing)
• Coordinate with vendors for printing, display ads, hoardings, banners, and merchandising

2. Client Coordination

• Act as a bridge between the agency and clients to understand their marketing needs
• Create presentations, pitch decks, and promotional proposals
• Schedule and attend client meetings; document requirements and timelines
• Maintain long-term relationships by ensuring timely and quality delivery

3. Digital Marketing Support

• Assist in managing online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Coordinate content for social media pages, websites, blogs, and online listings
• Track campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights)
• Suggest and execute ideas for email marketing, SEO, and social media contests

4. Market Research & Lead Generation

• Conduct research on target industries, competitors, and upcoming marketing trends
• Identify potential clients and prepare lead databases
• Generate leads via email outreach, telecalling, social media, and event participation
• Attend exhibitions, conferences, and business networking meets for branding opportunities

5. Campaign Execution

• Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams design, content, digital, print, production
• Follow up on deliverables, deadlines, and approvals
• Track key campaign metrics (ROI, engagement, visibility, etc.) and prepare performance reports
• Ensure promotional material (brochures, flyers, digital assets) is updated and distributed on time
