The ideal candidate must have prior experience in International Voice Support and be comfortable working in night shifts to support US-based clients.Key Responsibilities:- Provide first-level technical support to Global Service Desk (GSD) Engineers.- Address and resolve customer issues related to computers, software, hardware, and peripherals.- Troubleshoot problems through research, vendor collaboration, and direct interaction with customers.- Ensure accurate documentation of problems, service requests, and inquiries.- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and timely responses.- Adhere to SLAs and escalation procedures.Mandatory Requirements:- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in International Voice Support or technical helpdesk.- Strong troubleshooting skills in desktop support or IT service desk environments.- Willingness to work in US Night Shifts on a 6-day week schedule.- Ability to work in rotational shifts if required.
