The position
As a Senior Product Manager, you will:
- Plan and execute brand marketing strategies for product launches and sustained growth.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to develop medium:term marketing strategies and investment plans.
- Design promotional campaigns and tools, including communication materials and field inputs.
- Initiate and manage activities such as scientific meetings, doctor programmes, and patient education initiatives.
- Build and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals (HCPs).
- Provide sales teams with product updates, marketing tools, and support for successful campaign execution.
- Collaborate with creative and advertising agencies to design innovative promotional tools and mass campaigns.
- Ensure alignment with ethical standards, company procedures, and the Novo Nordisk Way of Management.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Post:Graduation : MBA with specialization in Marketing from Premier B School. Preferably a Science graduate.
- Total experience of 7 years in marketing.
- Proficiency in setting direction and strategy, with a focus on competitive marketing.
- A high:performing mindset with a strong ability to make things happen.
- Experience in fostering mutually beneficial relationships with KOLs and HCPs.
