Job Title: Brand Sales Manager - Ad Monetization & Strategic Partnerships Location: Mumbai- Education: Any Graduate Experience: 1-7 Years Type: Full-Time | 6 Days WorkingAbout the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic Brand Sales Manager who will drive ad sales, strategic partnerships, and client success. This role demands an individual who can conceptualize digital advertising solutions, work closely with creative and product teams, and convert brand conversations into high-value monetization deals. If you re a hustler with a flair for client interaction and pitch execution - this role is for you.Key Responsibilities Prospect & Acquire : Identify and approach potential brands, agencies, and media partners for monetization opportunities. Solutioning & Pitching : Craft compelling sales pitches, working with the creative team to deliver brand-aligned digital ad solutions. Client Engagement : Manage end-to-end client relationships, from initial contact to negotiation and closure of advertising deals. Performance Tracking : Own revenue targets, and track KPIs like ad ROI, CPM, CTR, CPL, and sales pipeline conversion. Retention & Upsell : Build strong ongoing relationships with current advertisers, ensuring repeat business and upselling opportunities. Revenue Growth : Scale partnerships with digital agencies, affiliate networks, ad exchanges, and media buying teams. Strategic Alignment : Collaborate internally with product, tech, and marketing teams to align brand execution with partner goals.Required Skills & Experience :- 1-7 years of experience in brand sales, media sales, ad monetization, or strategic partnerships.- Prior experience in B2B sales, media agencies, digital advertising, or community platforms preferred.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- A go-getter attitude with strong analytical thinking and sales conversion acumen.- Proficiency in using CRM tools, data analysis (Excel/Sheets), and sales tracking dashboards.- Willingness to travel within the city for client meetings.
