We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team in Ghatkopar, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding candidates.
Understand job descriptions and hiring requirements for IT & Non-IT positions.
Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
Conduct initial screening and interviews to evaluate candidates ' suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Stay updated with industry trends and best recruitment practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor 's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-8 years of experience in recruitment (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
Strong understanding of IT & Non-IT job roles and recruitment techniques.
Proficiency in sourcing candidates using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
