Job Description
- The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for managing and growing key client relationships in the IT Services & Consulting sector. The role involves understanding the client s business needs, aligning company services to meet those needs, and ensuring long-term satisfaction and revenue growth. The KAM acts as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring effective communication and coordination of resources to deliver value-added solutions.- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations.- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.- Conduct regular meetings to understand client needs, challenges, and future goals.
-Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets.- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to present new solutions to clients.- Work closely with project managers, technical teams, and other departments to ensure successful project delivery.- Gain in-depth knowledge of the client s industry, business model, and technology landscape.- Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.- Reporting & Documentation- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and performance metrics.- Prepare and present account performance reports to internal and client stakeholders.
