Selected intern 's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in recruitment activities: job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
2. Support onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires
3. Manage employee records and assist in maintaining HR documentation
4. Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and feedback collection
5. Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating programs
6. Provide general HR administrative support
Qualifications:
1. Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program
2. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office
