Selected intern 's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist the team in executing BFSI and corporate client engagements with a focus on the following:
2. Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of policies, procedures, and controls
3. Assist in the development of key risk and control indicators
4. Review and development of risk ratings
5. Assist in assessing risk, writing issues, and developing appropriate corrective actions
6. Investigate root causes of operational risks and provide support to mitigate risk
7. Evaluate changes in regulatory requirements and ensure clients business processes are enabled to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
8. Identify operational risk incidents and loss events in line with Basel requirements
9. Review and perform detailed Root Cause Analysis of critical events/ losses
10. Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations ' effectiveness, financial reliability, and compliance with all applicable regulations
Who can apply:
1. Students & Freshers
2. Years of experience expected is 0-2 years
3. Areas of part experience preferred: Risk governance, internal controls, operational risk management, SOX reviews, compliance-led reviews, and regulatory reporting in the BFSI and/ or consulting space
4. BBA, BAF, BBI, BFM, B. Com, CA or MBA in Finance
5. Preferable additional certifications: Globally accepted certifications in Risk management
