Job Role: Sales - PGP Caller
& Experience: 1 - 4 Years&
& Job Summary:
The Sales - PGP Caller& will handle outbound calls to prospective students for postgraduate programs, providing information and converting inquiries into enrollments.
Freshers or candidates with tele-sales experience may apply.&
& Key Responsibilities:
& - Make 50-80 calls/day to prospective students.
& - Explain program details, fees, and admission processes.
& - Follow up via calls/WhatsApp to nurture leads.
& - Maintain call logs and update CRM systems.
& - Achieve weekly enrollment targets.&
& Qualifications & Skills:&
& - 12th pass or Bachelor s degree (any stream).
& - Freshers welcome; prior tele-calling experience is a plus.
& - Fluent in English and regional language.
& - Persuasive communication and patience to handle objections.
& - Target-driven mindset.& &

This role demands a high level of telephonic communication , target orientation , and product knowledge about various online and classroom-based PGP courses. If you are a persuasive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment, we would love to meet you.
