Job Description:The Insurance Advisor will be responsible for leading and driving business expansion in a designated region. This role involves recruiting, mentoring, and managing a team of financial advisors, ensuring they meet and exceed sales goals, and implementing strategies to secure long-term success in the agency channel.Key Responsibilities:- Proactively recruit, train, and onboard financial advisors, ensuring they have the necessary tools and knowledge to excel in sales and client acquisition.
-Formulate and implement effective business strategies to ensure the team consistently meets sales targets and objectives.
-Provide continuous support, coaching, and performance assessments to agents to ensure they are motivated and aligned with company goals.
-Conduct in-depth analysis of market conditions, customer demands, and competitor performance to refine tactics and adjust strategies for sustained growth.
-Empower and guide agents to successfully engage with high-net-worth individuals, building strong and lasting client relationships to drive business growth.Requirements:- Must have a graduation degree (mandatory requirement).
-A minimum of 2 years of sales and marketing experience, with demonstrated success in team management and business development.
