Selected intern 's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on recruitment & employee engagement
2. Advertise job openings on free job portals and social networks
3. Screen potential candidate 's resumes to identify suitable candidates to fill job vacancies
4. Coordinate with the candidates and take all the necessary details
5. Organize interviews with shortlisted candidates
6. Update the recruitment database
7. Responsible starting from screening the resumes until the candidate joins the company
8. Improve the employee engagement index across teams by conceptualizing and implementing various employee development and engagement initiatives
9. Develop and deliver the organization 's internal communication strategy, planning, and calendar of activity, supporting us to increase levels of employee engagement
10. Assist the HR team in various other activities
You have:
1. Pursuing or previously done MBA in HR
2. MBA in HR with BSc - IT background (plus point)
3. Good understanding of the recruitment process
4. Knowledge of job portals & MS Office
5. Exceptional written and oral communication skills
6. Ability to share knowledge and work in a team-oriented environment
7. Ability to work independently
8. Ability to learn & adapt new recruitment processes/technologies
9. Excellent planning and organizational skills
