Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation and Prospecting

  • Identify new business opportunities through online research, networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and business leads.
  • Use platforms like LinkedIn, business directories, and CRM tools to reach decision-makers.
  • Maintain a lead database and document all communications for future reference.

2. Market Research and Strategy

  • Conduct research to understand target markets, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Analyze customer needs and market demand to identify opportunities for company products or services.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and go-to-market plans.
  • Suggest improvements in product offerings based on market feedback.

3. Client Engagement and Relationship Building

  • Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, or in-person meetings to pitch company services.
  • Schedule and attend meetings, presentations, and product demos.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure client satisfaction throughout the engagement.

4. Sales Conversion and Target Achievement

  • Prepare and present customized business proposals and quotations.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and service-level agreements with clients.
  • Close deals and ensure contracts and agreements are properly executed.
  • Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

5. Collaboration and Internal Communication

  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies.
  • Provide regular updates on leads, opportunities, and client interactions to the reporting manager.
  • Participate in internal meetings, strategy sessions, and brainstorming discussions.
  • Share client feedback with product and support teams to help improve offerings.

6. Reporting and CRM Management

  • Maintain detailed records of all sales activities using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on leads, follow-ups, conversion rates, and revenue.
