Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the banking industry, including banks, credit unions, and financial institutions.- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services, and address client needs effectively.- Keep updated on industry trends, market changes, and what competitors are doing to help shape up sales strategies.- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements to prospective clients.- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.- Represent AdvaRisk at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our solutions and brand.Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.- Strong understanding of banking operations, regulatory compliance, and risk management practices shall be a plus.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships at all levels of an organization.- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business success- Willingness to travel as needed.
