The ideal candidate has a strong technical and operational background, exceptional interpersonal skills, and experience leading high-performing teams.ResponsibilitiesTeam Management : Lead and mentor a team handling data processing, Excel tasks, and reconciliation operations. Drive efficiency and accuracy in daily operations.Client Engagement : Act as the primary point of contact for client communication. Build and maintain trust-based relationships with prompt, professional support.Data Oversight : Manage data uploads and processing to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with client requirements.Process Improvement : Continuously evaluate and enhance workflows using tools like Rocket Lane and Excel to improve productivity and client experience.Data Reconciliation : Identify and resolve discrepancies quickly while upholding high standards of data integrity.Problem Solving : Use a resolution-first approach to troubleshoot and resolve operational or client-facing issues.Reporting : Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports.
