Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented inside sales professional to join our growing team! In this role, you will be responsible for both nurturing existing client relationships and driving new business growth. You will play a vital role in ensuring client success while strategically expanding our market reach. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and exceeding targets.Responsibilities:- Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring high satisfaction through proactive support and training.- Monitor client engagement to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and increasing product adoption.- Resolve client issues promptly while gathering and sharing feedback to improve products and services.- Generate and qualify leads through cold outreach, email campaigns, and social selling strategies.- Deliver product demos, manage the sales pipeline, and negotiate deals to meet or exceed - revenue targets.- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity.Qualifications:- Fresher with a minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, client success, or a related role.- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.- Strong relationship-building and client management capabilities.- Ability to understand and effectively communicate technical concepts.- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
