Inside Sales Representative

Role Overview We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our Education team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for students aspiring to study abroad. You ll play a key role in converting inquiries into enrolled students by providing information, building relationships, and supporting the end-to-end admissions journey. This position requires that the candidate work on-site.
Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries to generate qualified leads.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil
• Experience with MS Office and cloud-based CRM tools
• Experience in education sales is a plus
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
• Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
• Maintain CRM records with accurate and up-to-date information.

What We re Looking For

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• 0-2 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
• Familiarity with CRM tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle objections positively.
