Job Description
We are hiring for one of our clients in Gurugram and are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is detail-oriented and experienced in qualifying leads for SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound leads, assessing fit, understanding customer pain points, and ensuring high-quality prospects are handed off to the sales team.Key Responsibilities:- Qualify and evaluate inbound leads based on defined criteria- Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs and assess lead quality- Engage with potential customers through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach- Identify key decision-makers and align prospect needs with SaaS offerings- Maintain accurate lead information and activities in CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce- Collaborate closely with Account Executives for a smooth lead handover- Share insights with marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation strategies- Keep up with industry trends and competitor activity to enhance lead qualification effortsRequirements:- 1-3 years of experience in SaaS sales, lead qualification, or a similar role- Prior experience working with international markets is a must- Proven ability to engage and qualify technical personas within organizations- Experience in B2B SaaS environments (education sector experience will not be considered relevant)- Proficient in CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent tools- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess prospect fit- Self-driven, detail-focused, and a team playerWhy Join?- Be part of a rapidly growing SaaS company with a global presence- Competitive compensation with performance-linked incentives- Collaborative, learning-focused work culture- Opportunity to grow your career in international SaaS sales (ref:updazz.com)
