Position Overview

The Sales and Marketing Executive is responsible for driving company growth through sales generation, market research, brand promotion, and customer relationship management. This role bridges the gap between product development and customer needs by promoting offerings, identifying opportunities, and ensuring successful positioning of products or services in the market. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication, persuasion, and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities

1. Sales and Business Development

• Identify and target new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and inbound inquiries.

2. Marketing and Promotion

• Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and product awareness.
• Contribute to digital marketing efforts such as email campaigns, SEO, social media, and content marketing.
• Participate in the creation of marketing materials including brochures, flyers, presentations, and advertisements.
• Organize or attend trade shows, exhibitions, promotional events, or corporate meetings to represent the company.

3. Market Research and Analysis

• Conduct competitor analysis and industry research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and new market opportunities.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback, preferences, and behavior to refine marketing approaches.
• Prepare regular reports on market conditions, customer needs, and competitor activities.

4. Branding and Content Support

• Coordinate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
• Provide input on product packaging, pricing, and positioning based on customer insights.
• Monitor online reputation and customer reviews to maintain brand image.

5. Reporting and Coordination

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, opportunities, and closed deals using CRM software or spreadsheets.
• Provide timely updates to management on performance, sales targets, customer responses, and campaign outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations, finance) to ensure customer satisfaction and campaign alignment.
