Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Client Relations and Documentation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing communication with clients, assisting with document collection, and ensuring smooth coordination throughout the immigration or visa process.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Communication:

Handle inbound and outbound client calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide accurate information regarding immigration, tourist, and other visa processes.
Follow up with clients to keep them informed of progress and pending requirements.
Document Collection and Verification:
- Guide clients in preparing and submitting the required documents for Permanent Residency (PR), tourist visas, student visas, and other immigration services.
- Review submitted documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain organized digital records of all client documents and correspondence.
Email Management:
- Respond to client queries via email promptly and professionally.
- Draft and send follow-up emails, document checklists, and updates.
- Track email communications and escalate matters as needed.
Coordination and Support:
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure client files are updated and processed in a timely manner.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, interviews, or consultations as required.
- Provide general administrative support related to visa and immigration files.
