Business Development/Sales:- Develop and execute sales strategies for Banquets.
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnership to drive revenue growth. Drive corporate and social event bookings.- Target HNI (high Net worth Individuals) clients- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets.- Provide compelling communication to potential guests about the brand, facility and menu2. Client Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, HNI Clients.- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.3. Market Analysis:- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competition, and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.- Monitor performance metrics and optimize pricing and packages based on demand4.
