Job Description
As the first point of contact at 1 Marmo, you will play a key role in setting the tone for a luxurious and welcoming experience. We re seeking a well-groomed, warm, and articulate individual who takes pride in excellent guest service and has an eye for refined presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet all guests, architects, designers, and homeowners with a warm smile and courteous manner.&
Manage visitor entry, registration, and appointment coordination with sales/design teams.
Maintain a clean, elegant, and professional front desk area at all times.
Handle inbound calls with clear, polite, and professional communication.
Offer refreshments and ensure VIP guests are attended to promptly.
Support scheduling of showroom walkthroughs and coordinate housekeeping as needed.
Record daily visitor logs and update internal CRM with guest information.
Collaborate with marketing and showroom teams during events, launches, or walkthroughs.
Maintain discretion, brand voice, and poise aligned with the luxury ethos of 1 Marmo.

Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Pleasant personality with polished communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Well-groomed with a professional dress sense; confident body language.
  • Prior front desk, hospitality, or luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining a calm, welcoming demeanor.
  • Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of MS Office and WhatsApp Business.
  • Passion for interiors, design, or architecture is a plus.&
