Job Role:We are looking for a Telecaller to boost our sales by reaching out to potential customers. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls, explaining our products/services, and generating leads or closing sales. They should be good communicators, patient, and persuasive.Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to potential customers.- Explain products/services in detail and answer queries.- Generate leads or directly convert leads into sales.- Maintain records of calls and customer information in the system.- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain strong follow-up routines.- Handle customer feedback and resolve queries professionally.- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as set by the supervisor.Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent; graduation is a plus.- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service preferred.- Excellent verbal communication skills in [insert languages, e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].- Ability to handle rejection and stress in a professional manner.- Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems.
