You will be responsible for lead generation, client onboarding, and revenue growth, ensuring seamless service delivery for our payroll and attendance solutions.Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.- Acquire and manage enterprise clients, driving MRR growth.- Build and maintain long-term client relationships with key decision makers.- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue.- Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams for seamless execution.- Conduct regular client check-ins to ensure satisfaction and retention.- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review performance, address any issues, and identify opportunities for growth- Coordinate the implementation of new clients, including system setup, training, and ongoing support.Qualifications:- Proven experience in enterprise sales and account management.
