Job Description
Job Role: On-Roll Channel: Agency and Direct. Job Summary:As a Sales Team Manager in the BFSI sector, you have to lead a team of sales professionals, develop sales strategies, and build strong relationships with key clients. Candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, understanding market dynamics, and positioning our solutions to meet the needs of BFSI clients.Roles and Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth in the organization.- Recruit, Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industry.- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.- Track and report on sales performance metrics.Eligibility Criteria: - Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any field for agency and for direct minimum 1 year of sales in any field 6 months of sales in BFSI sector - Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation (Any stream) - Required all semester marksheets.
