Job Role: On-Roll Channel: Agency and Direct. Job Summary:A Sales Officer-BFSI is responsible for acquiring new customers, selling financial products and services, and maintaining customer relationships to achieve sales targets. They have to do prospecting, making presentations, and building rapport to drive revenue growth. Roles and Responsibilities:- To Develop and implement sales strategies, conducting marketing activities, and attending industry events.
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
-Need to Provide excellent customer service, has to address inquiries, and resolving complaints.- Ensure full customer satisfaction and retention.- Up-to-date knowledge in Market and Product.- Understanding the features, benefits, and terms of various banking products, including deposits, loans, credit cards, and investments. Eligibility Criteria: - Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any field for agency and for direct minimum 1 year of sales in any field 6 months of sales in BFSI sector - Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation (Any stream)- Required all semester marksheets.
