The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads by cold calling, conducting property presentations, and closing sales deals while providing excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, online inquiries, and site walk-ins.- Schedule and conduct property site visits with prospective clients.- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.- Present project details, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and legal aspects convincingly.- Follow up with potential customers and maintain relationships to convert leads into successful sales.- Maintain and update customer database and follow up daily.- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and campaigns.- Negotiate deals and close sales efficiently.- Assist clients with documentation and the booking process.- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Key Requirements:- Proven experience in sales; real estate sales preferred.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.- Ability to work under pressure and in a target-driven environment.- Knowledge of real estate market trends.- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.Compensation:- Fixed salary Attractive Incentives Performance Bonus (ref:updazz.com)
